THEATER FOR SCHOOLS

THEATER FOR TEENAGERS

Our goal is to create a new generation of young audience capable of experiencing theater and the performing arts in a different way.

THEATER FOR SCHOOLS

At El Aedo Teatro, since 2008, we have extensive experience in theater production aimed especially at young audiences.
We are attracted, interested and concerned about making our passion for the Performing Arts reach this audience and sharing with them the discovery that theater meant for us as a means of expression, communication and commitment. In every performance, we defend that today’s youth are the audience of the future and the future of theater.

Our shows are always aimed at the student-spectator, ensuring the didactic content of the compulsory readings that we put on stage and thinking of him as a spectator capable of evaluating, criticizing and reflecting. The shows that we have on the bill are, for the most part, part of the school curriculum of the High School. Since 2008, we have brought classics of Universal, Greco-Roman and Spanish Literature to the stage and contemporary theater texts on values, which help us to talk about current issues and youth interest such as gender violence, machismo, harassment, social networks , the search for identity or racism.

DIDACTIC SUPPORT

All our works are accompanied by a wide DIDACTIC MATERIAL for teachers and students, who can work on the values and contents developed in the show through activities, didactic units, tutoring programs and gamification strategies, from an academic point of view and attractive.

In addition to performing our performances at festivals, theaters and cultural centers, we offer, as we did in previous courses, the opportunity to celebrate our functions in the school itself.

At the end of all our performances, students and teachers participate in a SPACE FOR DIALOGUE with the artistic team in which they can ask questions and express their concerns.
